Use of a newsletter
When registering for our newsletter, the data subject provides their email address and further optional data. These data are exclusively used for the distribution of the newsletter. The data provided by the data subject upon registration are stored until the data subject unsubscribes from the newsletter. Subscription can be revoked via the link provided in the newsletter or an equivalent notification. By unsubscribing, the data subject objects to the usage of their email address.
If we obtain the data subject’s email address through the purchase of a product or service, it will additionally be used for the purpose of direct advertising through our newsletter for similar products or services to the originally purchased ones, unless the data subject has objected to such usage. The data subject may revoke the authorization to use their email address at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs in accordance with basic tariffs. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.
Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

This website uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). The cookie-generated information regarding the data subject’s usage of the website are usually transferred to and stored on a server operated by Google in the US. LinkedIn conversion tracking (LinkedIn Insight Tag) is an analytics and behavioral targeting service provided by LinkedIn Corporation that connects data from the LinkedIn advertising network with actions performed on this Application. The LinkedIn Insight Tag tracks conversions that can be attributed to LinkedIn ads and enables to target groups of Users on the base of their past use of this Application.

Users may opt out of behavioral targeting features through their device settings, their LinkedIn account settings.

Website Log Files
When you visit our websites, your browser transmits certain data to our web server for technical reasons. The following data are recorded during an ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server: Date and time of your request Name of the requested file Page from which the file was requested Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.) Type and version of the browser and the operating system you use Full IP address of the requesting computer Quantity of data transferred For reasons of technical security, in particular to prevent attacks on our web server, we store these data for a short period of time. It is impossible to discern the identity of individual persons based on this data. After 30 days at the latest, the data is anonymized by shortening the IP address at the domain level, so that it is no longer possible to establish any reference to the individual user. The anonymized data will also be processed for statistical purposes. We don’t compare any data to data in other databases or forward them to third parties, even in excerpts.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form your details from the inquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
The processing of the data submitted in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively with your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, a short informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
