Metaloop Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all business transactions with Schrott24 GmbH, operating under the brand Metaloop, including all its legal successors and affiliated companies. The references provided on this website serve solely as general information and to illustrate which business relationships and counterparties the respective terms are typically intended for. Third parties are required to independently assess which terms may apply to them. The absence of a specific reference or link on this website does not exempt them from the applicability of the relevant terms and conditions.

General Legal Framework
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the following legal principles apply to all agreements, orders, offers, transactions, and interactions with Metaloop:
- Governing law:
Austrian substantive law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). However, at its sole discretion, Metaloop may choose to apply the law of the country in which the counterparty is based, or the country in which a breach of duty occurred, if such application is deemed more favourable for asserting or enforcing Metaloop’s rights.
- Place of jurisdiction:
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from legal / transactional business relationships with Metaloop is Vienna, Austria. However, at its sole discretion, Metaloop may choose to apply another place of jurisdiction.
- Language:
In case of divergence between versions of any document in different languages, the German version shall prevail. English translations are for convenience only.
- Binding reference:
These terms may be referenced in documents issued by Metaloop, including but not limited to contracts, order confirmations, invoices, transport and shipping documents, or digital communications. By engaging in business with Metaloop, counterparties are deemed to accept the applicable terms without the need for separate acknowledgment or signature.
General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP)
These terms apply to all suppliers providing materials to Metaloop, including but not limited to one-time and recurring deliveries of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. The GTCP apply by default to all purchase transactions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
